Installation

Installation teams are made up of our own directly employed staff, along with members of our hand-picked supply chain.
 
All site operatives are experienced and highly qualified, who receive comprehensive training in all aspects of health and safety issues. Access and site equipment is maintained to rigidly enforced parameters for operational safety. Any necessary test procedures are carried out by our own operatives following the relevant guidelines.
 
Commissioning and testing of each project is undertaken to parameters within the programme, supervised by our own operatives and carried out to comply with current regulations.
 
All aspects of site work and performance of the installation teams are monitored by the on-site supervisor, either working or non-working according to the size of the project, who reports directly to the labour supervisor.
 
In turn, the supervisor reviews each project with the engineering staff to ensure that staffing levels are in line with the labour plan and the requirements of the programme.
